When do I get paid?
All commissions are paid out monthly, around the 15th of each month for the prior month's sales. Creator Program monthly content payments are also paid on the same schedule. Minimum payout threshold is $25 for Tier 1; Tier 2 creators are paid regardless of amount.
Do commissions apply to subscription sales too?
Yes. You earn your commission percentage on every recurring subscription charge — not just the first order. This means a customer who subscribes continues generating income for you every single month (or every 6 months for the bundle subscription), as long as they stay subscribed.
Can I be in multiple tiers at once?
No — each person participates in one program. If you're a BJJ school owner in the Private Partner Network (Tier 3), your students operate beneath you within that network. A Creator Partner is exclusively in Tier 2. If your situation changes (e.g. you become a serious creator), you can apply to upgrade.
I bought Combat Creatine® — am I automatically an affiliate?
Yes! Any customer who has made a purchase is automatically enrolled as a Sponsored Athlete affiliate. You'll receive an email with your unique affiliate link and discount code shortly after your first order. You don't need to apply.
As a school owner in the Private Partner Network, do I have to promote anything?
Not at all. You can simply share the student affiliate opportunity with your students and step back. You'll still earn your 5% override on every sale your students generate — completely passively. Of course, if you choose to promote as well, you earn the full 15% on your own direct sales on top of the override.
What counts as a "video" for the Creator Program?
A qualifying video must be original (not re-posted content), at least 1 minute long, posted to TikTok, compliant with TikTok's community guidelines, and include proper sponsorship disclosure. Videos must feature Combat Creatine® authentically. Duplicate or low-effort content may be disqualified at Combat Creatine's discretion.
Are there refund clawbacks on commissions?
Yes — if a customer you referred requests a refund within the 60-day guarantee window, the associated commission will be adjusted from your next payout. This is standard practice to protect against abuse.
How do I track my sales and earnings?
All affiliates receive access to a personal commission dashboard where you can see clicks, conversions, revenue generated, and your pending payout balance in real time.
What is the 6-pouch upsell and do I earn commission on it?
Yes! The 6-pouch bundle ($299 one-time or $247 subscription) includes a free shaker cup. If a customer you referred adds this upsell or purchases the bundle, you earn your full commission percentage on the sale price. It's actually your highest per-sale payout.
